It’s a beautiful hotel and next to many facilities. We went as a family and we felt really good. The rooms are a little bit small but in my opinion it added a cozy vibe. The concept is very interesting and original. In the rooms there is a book with many places to visit and also how to go by public transport, with the prices included. Overall, it was a very comfortable and nice place to stay. In addition, the service was amazing, everyone working there is very nice and approachable.

Do not understand at all why this hotel has one star. It’s so homely and welcoming! The rooms are clean and cozy. The bathrooms are small but they’re everything you need, warm water and clean! The hotel is in an unbeatable location, you can walk to the train station where you can travel out of the city, or just walk straight to the heart of Nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, specially Peter! He’s happy to wish you a good morning and happy travels so long as you rub his big belly ❤️ wish our trip didn’t have to end, and we are so grateful to have called this hotel our home for the week we spent here!

The room we were given had the basin inside the room which is very unhygeinic. Also the bathroom was too small with WC and bathing area within approximately 5 ft by 2 ft. It was very uncomfortable for me and my husband. This was not mentioned in the room description. I am giving 2 stars (more than 1 star) for service as they were kind enough to reimburse me so I could cancel my 2nd night there and go for a nicer hotel.

Amazing hotel with an incredible location. Close to Nice city centre and close by to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores. The staff will treat you like you're one of the family, very warm and are incredibly hospitable. The owner offered to hold our bags for us on the last day so we could explore Nice and even gave us a goodbye present. This is the only hotel to stay in for your trip to Nice!

Really admire the customer service at this hotel. Incredibly close to public transportation, easy to even walk to places of interest. I had to cancel last minute because I missed my flight but when I arrived, they still let me use a bathroom to freshen up and leave my luggage for the day. Incredibly kind staff.

Friendly staff, the place was incredible in the heart of the city with affordable prices comparing to other hotels in the same city.The receptionist was so nice and gave me very helpful advice where to go in Nice and nearby cities. I enjoyed every moment there. Highly recommended.
